Description
Axon is hiring an onsite Operations Program Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona to lead operations execution for new hardware product development programs from early development through production launch and ramp. The role owns the integrated operations plan, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, ERP, and systems readiness across prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production, while coordinating with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in hardware operations, new product introduction, supply chain, or manufacturing, along with strong program management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
