Formlabs is hiring an Operations Program Manager in Somerville, Massachusetts, to lead end-to-end product development and manufacturing operations for hardware products. The role owns phase-gate planning, verification and validation, production ramping, supplier and manufacturing network design, cost and yield modeling, financial analysis, quality and risk systems, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or a related engineering field, two years of hardware or mechanical engineering experience, and two years of experience in each of the listed program-management and manufacturing areas. The position offers $150,000–$200,000 per year and requires 15% domestic travel.
