Description
Jabil is hiring an on-site Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead the startup and onboarding of a new factory in Prince George, Virginia, producing large-form-factor equipment. The role owns the product lifecycle commercial management process, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages program schedules and budgets, drives new product introductions and manufacturing launches, and leads Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence initiatives. A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, industrial engineering, supply chain, business, or a related discipline is required, along with at least five years of relevant program, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or continuous improvement leadership experience. The pay range is $100,100 to $180,200, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
