WHOOP is hiring an Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs across its global supply chain. The role manages process changes, equipment and part qualification, production scaling, factory plans, schedules, risks, manufacturing issues, continuous improvement, pilot builds, and program status for technical and executive stakeholders. It is based at WHOOP’s Boston headquarters, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant experience, and offers a U.S. base salary of $120,000 to $160,000 plus equity and benefits.
