Handshake is hiring an Operations Program Manager, Central Operations to own and execute operational programs across Contractor Operations, Marketplace & Allocations, Trust & Safety, and Pay. The individual-contributor role focuses on translating operational needs into requirements and execution plans, analyzing performance data, optimizing processes, partnering with cross-functional teams, tracking metrics, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates need at least two years of relevant operations or technical program management experience, strong analytical and SQL skills, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams.
