Description
The Program Operations Manager works with the Program Office to apply production and materials-control expertise, plan and coordinate procurement, resources, earned value, cost and schedule activities, and hardware production. The role directs lower-classified personnel, monitors work progress, resolves production problems, prepares reports and presentations, and supports customer and agency reviews. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education and experience, plus at least five years of Program Operations experience.
