Description
The Operations Program Manager will serve as the single-threaded owner for operations across product development, manufacturing, and supply chain activities for new products in the North America region. The role coordinates Engineering, Product Management, and Operations teams; develops manufacturing and supply chain strategies; supports product concept development; oversees technical issue resolution and production schedules at manufacturing locations; and aligns processes and initiatives across Device Operations. The position requires a bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent, at least five years of program or project management experience or five years of supply chain experience, and end-to-end product delivery experience.
