Description
The Operations Program Manager launches Apple products on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability. The role leads ramp readiness across engineering, operations, and OEM teams; plans capacity and factory equipment budgets; manages component readiness; coordinates schedules and technical readiness with supply chain; influences manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness; and leads communications and issue resolution across the organization. The position requires at least five years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with travel of 20–25% and preferred qualifications including OEM management experience and technical expertise in AI/ML, machine learning, LLM, robotic process automation, or quantum computing.
