Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Operations Program Manager to lead the Next Generation Launchers Manufacturing Project team in Moorestown. The role manages production programs for quality, schedule, and cost; coordinates cross-functional teams; develops production strategies; oversees personnel development; manages earned value and financial baselines; leads production operations proposals; and communicates operations status to leadership. The position requires manufacturing, team leadership, cross-functional, earned-value, and financial-management expertise, along with the ability to obtain a government security clearance and U.S. citizenship. The salary range is $145,100 to $269,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
