ICEYE is hiring a permanent Operations Program Manager for MAITE Finland in Espoo. The role supports the Director of Space Missions by ensuring organizational continuity, representing the Director in technical meetings, coordinating team-lead meetings, driving cross-functional improvement projects, maintaining organizational visibility across MAITE’s six pillars, and preparing the Director for high-priority decisions. The position requires technical knowledge of satellite systems or spacecraft integration, at least 8 years of experience in aerospace, space systems, or high-reliability manufacturing, independent project management, strong facilitation and communication skills, and fluency in English. The role is office-based and subject to applicable security screening.
