Mill is hiring an Operations Program Manager for Manufacturing to lead the startup and expansion of new manufacturing partners for its Mill Commercial business. The role manages factory startup schedules, master service agreements, manufacturing ramp and supply capability, procurement strategy, development builds, and testing and certification activities. It requires at least 10 years of manufacturing operations experience, including direct management of third-party hardware manufacturers, program management for new manufacturing, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. The estimated base salary is $195,000 to $225,000, excluding benefits and potential equity.
