Meta Reality Labs is hiring an NPI Operations Program Manager for its Robotics Team to own end-to-end supply chain and operations for robotics products. The role manages cross-functional new-product-introduction execution, integrates engineering, manufacturing, and supply-chain plans, leads on-site bring-up and integration, drives supplier readiness and factory readiness, supports go-to-market decisions, and coordinates product cost, manufacturability, quality, reliability, and compliance. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of operations-focused program management experience in new production introductions.
