Description
The Operations Project Manager ensures that operating, security, and maintainability requirements are addressed throughout the application lifecycle. The role contributes to technical architecture and implementation, designs operational environments, leads production operations and deployments, manages releases and hot deployments, monitors applications, handles incidents and crises, and drives operational governance, automation, and continuous improvement. The position reports to the Head of Infrastructure, Systems and Telecommunications Department and collaborates with application project managers, architects, infrastructure and security teams, and external service providers.
