Expeditors is hiring a Project Manager to lead and manage process and tools automation projects across its logistics and operations departments. The role focuses on improving operational performance, productivity, profitability, and customer service through process mapping, root-cause analysis, data analysis, dashboards, reports, and sustainable automation solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with product managers, branch managers, IS Solutions, and cross-functional teams; managing project scope, schedule, and implementation; and ensuring compliance, oversight, and controls. The position prefers a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent education and experience, and requires 2–5 years of logistics or project-management experience, complex project leadership, supervisory experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and English and Spanish fluency.
