L3Harris is hiring a Senior Specialist, Operations Project Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah, on a 9/80 schedule. The role oversees contract execution and projects from beginning to end, coordinating manufacturing, procurement, testing, quality, engineering, finance, and program management; developing integrated master schedules; analyzing lead time and critical paths; assessing cost and schedule risks; and monitoring project performance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with four years of related experience, or ten years of experience in lieu of a degree. Microsoft Office experience and related manufacturing or production experience are required, while financial analysis, presentation, schedule management, and ERP/MRP experience are preferred.
