INNIO is hiring an Operations Project Manager – PMO in Waukesha, Wisconsin, to support program management for the ramp-up of Jenbacher production capacity at the Waukesha site. The role acts as the on-site program management representative, coordinating with leadership, headquarters, the local organization, and workstream teams to track milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and actions; prepare reports and management materials; identify roadblocks; and support mitigation and cross-functional alignment. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least five years of project management experience, strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills, project management methodology and portfolio-tool knowledge, analytical and stakeholder-management abilities, willingness to travel internationally, and fluent English.
