Description
The Operations Property & Lease Compliance Coordinator, NA supports the tracking, organization, and follow-up of lease and property compliance obligations across Vantage’s North America portfolio. This role involves reviewing lease, property, permit, license, and development agreement information, entering and maintaining data in trackers, monitoring due dates, and supporting follow-up with internal stakeholders. The coordinator ensures accurate information capture, timely visibility of deadlines, and escalation of gaps.
