Description
Amazon is hiring an Operations Reliability Engineer for its Amazon Logistics North America Last Mile team in Nashville, Tennessee. The role owns reliability programs and mechanisms across delivery stations, equipment, and operations; leads root cause analysis and failure investigations; develops FMEA and risk-mitigation processes; analyzes equipment and operational data; and creates BI dashboards and automated reporting pipelines. The position requires a bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering, at least three years of relevant engineering experience, material-handling or automation experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with reporting and data visualization tools. The base salary is 68,900 to 103,400 USD annually, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
