Description
Apple is hiring an Operations Reliability Engineer to guide development and operations teams in creating reliable designs for new Mac products and technology components. The role leads operations reliability testing and failure analysis across development and sustaining stages, manages reliability testing methodologies, supports NPI-to-mass-production transitions, partners with suppliers and quality engineers, analyzes failure data, and communicates risks to executives. Candidates need industry experience in design, process, or quality; a bachelor's or master's degree in relevant engineering or related fields; extensive consumer product development, debugging, or reliability testing experience; knowledge of electrical and mechanical failure analysis; and bilingual English and Vietnamese proficiency.
