Cargolux is hiring a full-time station operations leader based in Dallas to supervise station administration, ground handling agents, ground handling activities, trucking providers, supplier service levels, and flight-operations support. The role ensures compliance with safety, security, quality, Ground Operations Manual, Security Program, EASA OPS, and company procedures; coordinates local road feeder services; reviews vendor invoices; supports customer requirements for specialized cargo; and maintains required flight documentation. Candidates should have relevant logistics, freight forwarding, warehouse, airport operations, or related experience, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, adaptability to operational software such as iCargo, and good English command. The stated salary is USD 49,000–55,000 annually, depending on seniority and skills.
