HALA is hiring an Operations Risk & Governance Manager to govern operational processes, controls, and product launches across its fintech operations. The role maintains risk registers and controls, assesses operational risks, supports safe product launches, manages incidents and root-cause analysis, prepares governance and risk reports, coordinates audit and regulatory responses, and supports vendor and operational resilience activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in operational risk, governance, controls, audit, compliance, or operations, with fintech, payments, banking, or regulated-industry experience preferred. HALA offers remote, in-office, and hybrid work arrangements.
