Description
Citi is hiring a full-time Control Architecture (Design) Individual Contributor to support Operations by working with SMEs and POCs to understand key processes and design controls that meet Minimum Control Design Requirements. The role covers Credit, Collections, or Recovery processes; documents controls in the Citi Risk & Controls System; and collaborates with Legal, Risk, ICRM, and other second- and third-line partners. Candidates should understand automation, GPMP, risk taxonomies, US and Canada regulatory obligations, and the MCA environment, with strong communication skills and familiarity with BRD creation for semi-automated controls. The position operates on night or NAM shifts.
