Van Meter is hiring an Operations (Rotational) Intern for a hybrid summer program combining core warehouse and distribution-center work with department rotations. The intern will support receiving, picking, shipping, inventory management, process analysis, documentation, and operational projects; participate in job shadowing, cross-functional collaboration, and a capstone project; and rotate through other departments. The role requires a current sophomore or junior pursuing a relevant business, supply chain, logistics, operations, or warehouse degree, Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment.
