Description
AC Disaster Consulting is hiring a temporary Operations Section Chief for onsite emergency response missions at Colorado Emergency Operations Center locations. The role coordinates priority missions, resource deployment, mutual aid, field operations, incident action plans, and coordination among state and local agencies, with 12-hour work days and possible evening or weekend work. Compensation is $40-$55 per hour, and temporary positions are not benefits eligible except where required by law. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in emergency management or an applicable field, incident command experience, emergency operations center or disaster response experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
