Parametric is hiring an Operations Senior Associate to oversee, maintain, and deliver critical investment data across the firm. The role supports reference and market data, security and reference data mastering, data quality, exception management, data onboarding, testing, validation, and implementation readiness, while collaborating with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and investment stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree, strong market-data and pricing experience, and at least five years of data analysis and data management experience. The position follows a hybrid model with office work three days per week and offers a salary range of $70,000 to $140,000 per year.
