Description
Powerdot is hiring a Uptime & Operations Performance Manager to own projects and processes that improve EV charger uptime and operational efficiency across Portugal, France, Belgium, Spain, and Poland. The role diagnoses underperforming sites and chargers, manages recovery initiatives, optimizes ticket workflows, builds Metabase and Excel reporting, standardizes processes and escalations, and coordinates between central teams and local field teams. Candidates should have 2–3 years of strategy or operations experience, strong data and project-management skills, process-design and automation experience, and excellent English communication.
