Norgine is hiring an Operations Shift Leader for its Manufacturing team to lead manufacturing and packaging teams in a pharmaceutical environment. The role is responsible for delivering production, quality, and compliance targets; managing schedules and resources; maintaining GMP and quality standards; promoting safety and continuous improvement; and developing team members. Candidates need manufacturing leadership experience, pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging knowledge, GMP and quality management systems understanding, health and safety knowledge, and strong planning, organization, communication, and team-leadership skills. Lean Six Sigma, IOSH, manufacturing execution systems, and continuous improvement experience are desirable. Benefits vary by location.
