Description
The Operations Shift Supervisor leads terminal operations during an assigned shift, overseeing ship discharge, tank transfers, additive dosing, truck loading, field and control-room activities, personnel, safety, regulatory compliance, logistics, handovers, equipment monitoring, and customer coordination. The role requires at least three years of terminal operations experience, rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced fuel-terminal environment.
