Description
The Operations Specialist supports the agronomy, grain, and feed departments by handling fertilizer, seed, grain, and feed operations, including loading and unloading trucks, operating and maintaining elevator equipment, performing grain cleaning and maintenance, and delivering materials to customers. The role requires operational knowledge of elevator machinery, a 7B Fumigation License, independent work, customer service, safety compliance, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. A high school degree or GED is required, and the work involves both indoor and outdoor conditions in varying weather.
