The Operations Specialist 2 supports the agronomy, grain, and feed departments by handling fertilizer blending, loading, NH3-tank transport, seed cleaning, grain handling, elevator maintenance, feed loading, and customer vehicle deliveries. The role requires a high school degree or GED, Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements, a 7B Fumigation License, basic computer skills, independent work, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. The position pays $16–$18 per hour and involves both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
