Description
The Operations Specialist 2 supports the agronomy, grain, and feed departments by handling fertilizer blending, loading, NH3-tank transport, seed cleaning, grain handling, elevator maintenance, feed loading, and customer vehicle deliveries. The role requires a high school degree or GED, Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements, a 7B Fumigation License, basic computer skills, independent work, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. The position involves indoor and outdoor work in varying weather, physical climbing and stooping, and regular safety, equipment, and customer-service responsibilities.
