Braskem America is hiring an Operations Specialist in Neal, West Virginia, to manage training requirements and support daily production direction and oversight for a polymers production facility. The role includes operator training and recertification, procedure review, technical troubleshooting, performance monitoring, incident investigation, safety and risk activities, and support for turnarounds and capital projects. Candidates need at least five years of experience in a polymers production facility, a high school diploma, strong interpersonal and computer skills, knowledge of plant operations and process safety, and availability during off hours.
