IntelliPro is hiring an Operation Manager for a six-month, Monday-Friday 8-5 role in San Francisco, California, with potential global cross-functional calls. The position will design and operationalize scalable playbooks, manage end-to-end field data collection pilots across multiple markets, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Legal, Supply, Policy, and other stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least two years of experience in data collection, data annotation, or a related field, strong communication and documentation skills, GSuite proficiency, and professional English proficiency. In-field data collection experience, interest in AI and client solutions, and a passion for building operational processes are desired. The listed pay rate is $35 per hour, with benefits subject to eligibility.
