Description
Shadeform is hiring an Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of its go-to-market motion. The role owns HubSpot administration, CRM hygiene, pipeline and forecasting data, sales operations, reporting, dashboards, and general business operations. It requires hands-on HubSpot experience, CRM data-management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across time zones in a fully remote environment. SQL or data analytics experience is a plus.
