Uproot Clean is hiring a fully remote Operations Specialist for its LATAM work location. The role manages inventory, purchase orders, shipments, vendor records, landed costs, inventory reconciliations, data accuracy, and bookkeeping support using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. It also focuses on identifying inefficiencies, building simple automations and processes, documenting workflows, and supporting wholesale, retail, and operational expansion initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, proven bookkeeping experience, accounting software proficiency, and strong analytical and organizational skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with a fixed professional workspace and a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.
