Compassion & Choices is hiring a full-time, remote Operations Specialist, Creative Services to oversee end-to-end creative production across print, digital, video, and other creative products. The role manages project scheduling, task management, resource allocation, vendors, freelancers, production partners, workflows, technology infrastructure, quality assurance, fulfillment, inventory, and distribution. It requires at least five years of relevant creative operations, project management, or production management experience, along with knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, project management platforms, digital asset management systems, and commercial print processes. The position offers $70,000–$90,000 annually, employer-shared medical and dental insurance premiums, and other benefits, with up to 15% travel required.
