Clearway Energy Group is hiring an Operations Specialist to support the Operations Manager and Operations Engineer in monitoring and operating Clearway’s wind, solar, and battery storage assets. The role performs real-time reporting, performance, and monitoring center activities; analyzes alarms and operational events; coordinates remedial actions, contracts, scheduling, telemetry, regulatory requirements, and field operations; and supports project commissioning. It is a full-time, on-site position in Scottsdale, Arizona, requiring 12.5-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with an annual salary range of $64,000 to $88,000 USD and no visa sponsorship.
