Description
The Operations Specialist III serves as the plant liaison for corporate EHS, CSI, and ESG leadership, overseeing environmental and safety compliance, employee training, permits, audits, incident management, workman’s compensation, ESG reporting, continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, SQCI auditing, and driver compliance. The role requires a high school diploma, related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of EHS, ESG, and CSI manufacturing experience, six years supporting production, Lean and project management experience, and a valid driver’s license.
