PNC is hiring an Operations Specialist Sr for its AMG EB Distributions organization in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role handles external customer calls about pension plans, including payments, withholdings, benefits, and other pension-related information, while also performing back-office operations and transaction processing. Responsibilities include resolving exceptions, escalating complex transactions, reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance, providing customer consultation, improving processes, and training new hires. The position is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, may be eligible for remote work in select locations, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
