PNC is hiring an Operations Specialist Sr for its AMG EB Distributions organization in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role handles external customer calls about pension plans, including payments, withholdings, benefits, and other pension-related information, while also performing back-office operations and transaction processing. The position requires a bachelor's degree and typically less than one year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program; call center experience is preferred. The role is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with mandatory in-person meetings in the Pittsburgh office, and may be eligible for remote work in select locations subject to approval.
