Verition Fund Management LLC is hiring an Operations Specialist for its TRS Operations team to manage trade lifecycle events across multiple asset classes, with a primary focus on Total Return Swaps. The role resolves trade breaks across swap counterparties, supports swap resets and trade bookings, processes corporate actions, and performs daily transaction, position, and cash reconciliations in Geneva. The position requires an undergraduate degree, several years of relevant fund or trade operations experience, knowledge of financial instruments, and strong analytical and communication skills. The annual base salary is $100,000 to $150,000 USD, with a discretionary performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
