The Binance Wallet team is hiring a Web3 Growth and Operations Manager to analyze blockchain product dynamics, user behavior, and on-chain data; develop growth strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion; coordinate multi-channel marketing and community operations; manage project lifecycles; and monitor product and growth metrics. The role requires 3–5 years of Web3 experience, finance or internet industry experience, strong logical and communication skills, and the ability to execute independently.
