The role leads large-scale production areas, including approximately 200 team members and 3–5 front-line supervisors, and is accountable for safety, food safety, quality, service, labor, yield, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or a similarly complex environment, with experience leading large teams and front-line supervisors.
