Description
The Production Shift Supervisor supervises the entire production process and all plant-shift operators, controls utilities and plant equipment, manages raw materials, solvents, waste, and effluent shipments, assigns work, and ensures quality, safety, environmental, and operational compliance. The role requires an engineering or technical degree, a driver's license, pressure-equipment handling license, health and safety training, English B1, Lean Six Sigma certification, and extensive food-safety and environmental training.
