Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations of a 3PL warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, order fulfillment, safety, quality control, WMS use, scheduling, performance monitoring, and process improvement. The role supervises warehouse associates, supports hiring and performance management, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of warehouse or 3PL management experience, and at least three years in a supervisory role.
