Description
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor provides daily operational leadership for a Chattanooga, Tennessee warehouse, overseeing safety compliance, workflow execution, resource allocation, production and customer-care goals, quality and KPI performance, and team coaching. The role requires second-shift availability from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, overtime as needed, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong leadership and communication skills, English fluency, and preferably prior warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing supervision experience.
