Intelcom | Dragonfly is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee last-mile logistics operations across a fast-paced, shift-based warehouse. The role combines safety and compliance, shipping and receiving, inventory and route planning, driver and trailer coordination, package sorting and scanning, reporting, and staff supervision. The supervisor will assign tasks, monitor productivity, coach and train drivers and warehouse staff, handle delivery complaints, and evaluate employee performance.
