Grey Dog Security LLC is seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join their team as a Security Guard Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients' properties through visible presence, proactive enforcement of security protocols, and the appropriate use of firearms. They will also be tasked with creating guard schedules, finding coverage for call-ins, upholding site procedures, addressing violations, utilizing excellent customer service skills, communicating with law enforcement and staff, and being familiar with company rules and operational procedures.
