Prolec GE Waukesha is hiring an Operations Supervisor for its second-shift manufacturing operation in Goldsboro, North Carolina. The role leads approximately 25 manufacturing employees supporting the production of medium-power transformers, coordinates work activities and technical drawings, enforces safety and quality standards, improves manufacturing processes, supports workforce planning and performance management, and develops employees. The position requires an associate’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree and experience in heavy manufacturing or power systems preferred.
