Description
The Operations Supervisor leads skilled and unskilled manufacturing labor at the Birmingham, Alabama facility, supporting plant safety, quality, productivity, continuous improvement, and operational strategy. The role includes direct plant-floor supervision, team guidance, data analysis, record keeping, and decision-making, and requires at least five years of manufacturing experience in fasteners or steel products and working knowledge of ISO 9001. It is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with evening and weekend work as needed, and involves physically active work including lifting 50 pounds or more.
